Across the water

Rob (not his real name) contacted Julian via email to discuss making an engagement ring.  Rob had been referred by a friend who had experienced Julian’s work and was extremely happy.

The interesting thing was that Rob lived in Australia so “popping in” to the studio was not an option.   Thank goodness for Skype.

Rob had a strong idea of what he wanted the finished product to look like and a budget to keep in mind.  Working with both of these was not an issue for Julian.

With a few Skype chats under the belt, and video calls to show styles and drawings, the end product was a stunning 18ct white gold 1 carat diamond solitaire in a six claw setting.  A classic, style.
